Wholesale Bulk Program — For Canadian Small Businesses

This program is designed for Canadian retailers, cafés, health food stores, and distributors who want to stock Dark Harbour Certified Organic Dulse. It is not a discount program for individual or personal-use orders — see eligibility below.

Who This Program Is For

•⁠ ⁠Available to *registered Canadian businesses only*. We currently ship within Canada only — no international or U.S. orders through this program.
•⁠ ⁠This program is limited to businesses that *have ordered from us before*. Because we don’t offer returns on bulk orders, we require a prior order — such as a retail-size pouch through our main shop — before a business qualifies for the bulk program.
•⁠ ⁠By placing a bulk order, you confirm you are purchasing as a business for resale, not for personal use.

Shipping

•⁠ ⁠Orders are processed and shipped on a *weekly schedule, with your order leaving our facility within **5 business days* of purchase confirmation.
•⁠ ⁠Shipping is Canada-wide only, at a flat, affordable rate for both pack sizes.
•⁠ ⁠Because we operate out of Grand Manan Island, shipping can occasionally be delayed by weather or ferry service disruptions. We’ll notify you if this affects your order.

Returns & Refunds

•⁠ ⁠Due to the nature of bulk/wholesale ordering, *we do not accept returns or offer refunds* for change of mind or unsold inventory.
•⁠ ⁠If your order arrives *damaged in transit*, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll review for a replacement or credit.

Storage & Shelf Life

•⁠ ⁠Each pouch carries a best-before date and is naturally shelf-stable when stored in a cool, dry place. Freezing extends freshness further.
•⁠ ⁠Once delivered, proper storage and handling of the product is the responsibility of the purchasing business.

Payment & Orders

•⁠ ⁠Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
•⁠ ⁠Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing has begun.
