Ingredients:
Shredded cabbage (about 4-5 cups)
Raisins (plumped in warm water for 5 mins)
Soaked dulse (chopped, 5-10 mins in water)
Dressing: mayo or vinaigrette, seasonings (e.g., salt, pepper, a bit of vinegar or lemon)
Instructions:
Mix shredded cabbage, plumped raisins, and chopped soaked dulse.
Toss with your favorite slaw dressing.
Season, mix again, and serve chilled.
